I did notice however, that when I was given my receipt for insurance purposes, the amount reflected did not include the full amount with taxes - this is the first time i see this happen, which is odd, as this comes out of pocket. Insurance companies cover the full amount including sales taxes - i did call the spa back and they were open to giving me a new receipt, sadly i already submitted the receipt to my insurance company. Our appointments were booked at the end of what was probably a busy Saturday and they were running a little behind...but they offered us access to their Hamman - which was absolutely loved! To top it all off, I forgot a bracelet in the pocket of my bathrobe and didn't realize it until the next morning. After I reached out, the owner spent a lot of his time that morning searching for my bracelet - and found it! So all said, absolutely phenomenal therapists and excellent service! The treatment rooms including the sauna and bath were on the basement floor, and I had the whole floor to myself during my appointment time. It was very private and made me feel safe, especially during the Covid time. The sauna room is brand new and very nice. It's the smaller style so you can't lay down flat. The best parts are the body scrub and massage - Josiane did an excellent job!! She listened to my needs before the treatment, and she really hit all the right spots! Although the ritual includes the Swedish massage, Josiane had the strength to perform the deep tissue on some spots, which was great. Jeremy was amazing for my massage and I really felt relaxed. I just wish he would of massaged my feet as well, but that's not a big issue. My issue is that they charge $ more on weekends. I'm sorry but that is not right. The majority of people can only go on weekends and now you want to charge extra $ to be exact .
